As a Lead Software Engineer - iOS Developer Lead within the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will join an agile team to design and deliver secure, scalable technology products. What you'll do

Develop and maintain reusable iOS platform infrastructure using Swift and Objective-C.
Integrate AI coding tools to improve code quality, refactoring, and automated test generation.
Build testing frameworks using XCUITest integrated with BDD and Cucumber.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation for the development team.
Implement accessibility features, visual regression detection, and internationalization across iOS applications.
Develop infrastructure to validate AI-powered features and machine learning model outputs.
Maintain API mocking systems using WireMock to facilitate development without backend dependencies.
Manage CI/CD pipeline integrations including automated testing on physical devices and simulators.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in Software Engineering and 5+ years of applied experience.
Solid coding ability in Swift and/or Objective-C.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with the ability to validate outputs for security and performance.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
Experience with iOS development including debugging using simulators and devices in Xcode.
Foundational understanding of software design principles and interest in building scalable platform solutions.
Exposure to iOS accessibility testing tools, visual regression tools, or internationalization concepts (preferred).
Experience with API mocking, CI/CD tools, SwiftUI, or cloud native development (preferred).
