Lead Software Engineer, IAM/AI Transformation Catalyst

What you'll do

• Design and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products for the Corporate Sector.
• Develop high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with existing systems.
• Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring all design constraints are met.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems by developing non-conventional solutions to break down obstacles.
• Analyze large, diverse datasets to create visualizations and reports for continuous system improvement.
• Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and overall system architecture.
• Implement critical technology solutions across multiple areas to support firm-wide business objectives.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
• Practical experience with Python, Java, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, and source code management tools like Git and Bitbucket.
• Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, database performance tuning, and modeling for relational databases like Postgres and Oracle.
• Experience in data warehousing, including dimensional models (star/snowflake), SCD handling, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, React Js, Angular, or Identity and Access Management (preferred).
