Lead Software Engineer, Fullstack (Nodejs, Angularjs, Java) joins the Risk Tech team to build and deploy proprietary solutions for risk management powered by state-of-the-art AI technology. In this role, you will lead a portfolio of diverse projects and a team of developers with experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet regulatory needs. You will collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions while mentoring the engineering community. The day-to-day work involves developing tools that use machine learning to prevent risks and detect issues automatically. You will utilize a technical stack including JavaScript, Java, Node.JS, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go. Additionally, you will work with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS tools to solve complex problems in an iterative delivery environment.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
Develop proprietary solutions for risk management powered by state-of-the-art AI technology.
Build data-driven tools to prevent risks and automatically detect issues before they impact customers or the business.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to enhance customer experiences.
Implement high-performance systems using languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, Go, and TypeScript.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share expertise on emerging technology trends.
Manage the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment to meet regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, Node.JS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
1+ years of people management experience.
2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
