Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack-IC joins the Risk Tech GRC team to build and deploy proprietary risk management solutions powered by state-of-the-art AI technology. You will collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions using a microservice architecture and micro UI architecture. The technical stack includes NodeJs, TypeScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, Java, SQL, Python, Kafka, and Open Source RDBMS or NoSQL databases. You will also utilize container orchestration services like Docker and AWS Fargate, lambda, and various AWS tools, while leveraging frameworks such as Springboot, Angular, and VueJs to solve complex business problems.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to meet regulatory needs.
Build and deploy proprietary risk management solutions powered by state-of-the-art AI technology.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools, Lambda, and container orchestration services like Docker and Fargate.
Develop full-stack systems using NodeJs, TypeScript, Angular, Java, SQL, and Python.
Implement microservice and micro UI architectures using frameworks like Springboot, NodeJs, Angular, and VueJs.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.
Collaborate with digital product managers to drive powerful customer experiences.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
1+ years of people management experience (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity (preferred).
