Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack

What you'll do

• Build a multi-tenant, API-first data and services platform that serves as a system of record for operational data.
• Develop cloud-native, microservices-based applications with orchestration layers that aggregate multiple source systems.
• Create agent-consumable services with multi-tenancy, metering, versioning, and resiliency features.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as retrieval, summarization, and next-best-action services with appropriate guardrails.
• Use AI and agentic development tools to accelerate the design, coding, testing, and delivery processes.
• Design and build scalable, secure solutions using modern architectural patterns to ensure zero-downtime releases.
• Develop high-quality production code and perform code reviews and debugging for other team members.
• Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve the operational stability of systems.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js to build microservices-based applications.
• Experience designing API-first services and orchestration or aggregation layers over multiple source systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted and agentic development tools to improve engineering speed and quality.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, and web technologies including RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience designing and building scalable applications using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle with an advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Experience building multi-tenant platforms, GraphQL, event-driven architecture, or LLM fine-tuning (preferred).
