What you'll do

Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials.
Lead communities of practice to promote the use of leading-edge technologies across the organization.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools for coding, review, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure handling within engineering workflows.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Redux, Angular, ExtJS, JQuery, or NodeJS.
Experience with automation, continuous delivery, CI/CD, cloud native AWS, and agile methodologies.
