As a Lead software Engineer - Full Stack within the Infrastructure Platforms team, you will serve as a core technical contributor in an agile environment. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack AI-enabled applications and Conversational AI while providing leadership across frontend, backend, API, database, and AI integration workstreams. Your daily responsibilities include architecting scalable solutions using React, Python, Java, REST APIs, GraphQL, and various database technologies including SQL, Oracle, ElasticSearch, and MongoDB. You will implement AI agents, RAG workflows, and intelligent automation while promoting engineering best practices like CI/CD and clean code. The role focuses on solving complex technical challenges in the domain of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud-native engineering to deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products within a high-performance infrastructure environment.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack AI-enabled applications and Conversational AI.
Provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, API, database, and AI integration workstreams.
Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions using React, Python, Java, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
Guide the implementation of AI agents, RAG workflows, and intelligent automation capabilities.
Integrate applications with relational and non-relational databases including SQL, Oracle, ElasticSearch, and MongoDB.
Establish engineering best practices such as clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, and design patterns.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Ensure responsible AI usage by enforcing security standards and data sensitivity protocols in engineering workflows.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of full stack application development experience.
Advanced proficiency in React and at least one other programming language such as Python or Java.
Experience designing and delivering scalable solutions using REST APIs, GraphQL, and various database technologies like SQL, Oracle, ElasticSearch, and MongoDB.
Expertise in AI integration including AI agents, RAG, workflows, and intelligent automation capabilities.
Proficiency in cloud-native engineering with practical experience in platforms such as AWS.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools for coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and security standards.
Strong knowledge of responsible AI practices, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs and outputs.
