What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end full stack delivery across React/TypeScript frontends and Python backend services.

  • Drive monitoring, observability, and performance tuning using tools like Splunk and Grafana.
  • Integrate AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, testing, and incident response.
  • Automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve system stability and reliability.
  • Lead technical evaluations with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and tool applicability.

What we're looking for

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
  • Demonstrated full stack engineering capability to deliver independently across the SDLC.
  • Proficiency in Python for microservices/automation and React with TypeScript for production-grade web applications.
  • Hands-on experience deploying workloads on Kubernetes, including API gateways, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and distributed databases like CockroachDB or similar SQL systems.
  • Proven ability to support observability and performance tuning using tools such as Splunk and Grafana.
  • Demonstrated leadership in technical design, delivery, and the adoption of approved AI-assisted engineering practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and application security (authn/authz, secrets handling).
