What you'll do

Directly manage a team of software engineers including their technical and personnel development.
Own all aspects of the system roadmap including prioritization, implementation, and delivery.
Develop highly reliable and available software systems for financial operations.
Provide strong technical leadership with a focus on continuous improvement.
Manage and track multiple priorities while maintaining focus on common project goals.
Ensure data flows cleanly end-to-end between finance, engineering, and manufacturing systems.
Maintain high standards of software excellence and data integrity for financial systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or science and 3+ years of software development experience.
6+ years of professional experience building software in lieu of a degree.
1+ years of experience with object-oriented programming.
1+ years of experience with leading software teams or projects.
Programming experience in Python, C#, .NET, Go, Java, or similar object-oriented language (preferred).
Front-end experience in Angular, React, or similar JavaScript framework (preferred).
Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar database technologies (preferred).
4+ years of experience building single page web applications (preferred).
Experience building or integrating with ERP, accounting, or financial planning systems (preferred).
Experience with financial data integrity, auditability, and access controls (preferred).
Domain expertise in financial systems, ERP platforms, or financial integrations (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
