What you'll do

Directly manage a team of software engineers including their technical and personnel development.
Own all aspects of the system roadmap including prioritization, implementation, and delivery.
Develop highly reliable and available software systems for manufacturing, supply chain, or warehouse management.
Provide strong technical leadership with a focus on continuous improvement and high standards of excellence.
Manage and track multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on common project goals.
Design and produce software solutions that enable rapid build and reuse of Starship and Starlink systems.
Profile and improve application performance across various software platforms.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or science and 3+ years of software development experience.
6+ years of professional experience building software in lieu of a degree.
1+ years of experience with object-oriented programming.
1+ years of experience with leading software teams or projects.
Programming experience in Python, C#, .NET, Go, Java, or similar object-oriented language (preferred).
Front-end experience in Angular, React, or similar JavaScript framework (preferred).
Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar database technologies (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for required export authorizations.
