What you'll do

Lead the adoption and deployment of RUST across multiple product lines and legacy software conversions.
Provide architectural guidance and best practices for memory-safe RUST usage and design patterns.
Lead software development across all SDLC phases, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and formal testing.
Develop and maintain software test plans, procedures, and relevant technical documentation.
Investigate root causes of complex technical issues and implement solutions independently or with multi-discipline teams.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews to identify, track, and repair software defects.
Develop embedded software applications using RUST, C/C++, and Python for real-time operating systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional members to evaluate interfaces, operational performance requirements, and overall system designs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field with at least 9 years of relevant experience.
Graduate degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 2 years of experience leading software development teams.
At least 5 years of experience with C/C++ development and object-oriented design.
Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance.
Experience developing RUST software (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
