What you'll do

Define and govern end-to-end architecture for Workday Financials, Accounting Center, and enterprise integration platforms.
Architect and deliver secure, scalable Workday-MuleSoft integrations across various internal and external banking platforms.
Lead the adoption of AI developer tools and prototype agentic AI use cases for finance workflows.
Design and operate cloud-native integration infrastructure on AWS and GCP using event-driven and microservices patterns.
Establish engineering standards for quality, security, and scalability across all financial systems.
Mentor engineers through technical architecture reviews and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Translate complex technical designs into clear communications for both technical and business audiences.

What we're looking for

A related technical degree is required.
10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience are required.
5+ years of experience working in Workday Financials, Accounting Center, and integration-heavy environments are required.
Expert knowledge of Workday technical frameworks including Business Processes, Security, Prism Analytics, and Studio is required.
Hands-on mastery of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and building scalable, secure API-led integrations is required.
Solid understanding of integration architecture including SOA, event-driven design, and REST/SOAP web services is required.
Practical experience with AI developer productivity tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or CodeWhisperer is required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex designs to both technical and business audiences are required.
