What you'll do

Conduct code reviews, testing practices, and defect resolution to ensure high code quality.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for improved delivery speed.
Establish validation standards and promote the reuse of effective patterns in AI-assisted development.
Produce clear technical documentation to support knowledge sharing across the team.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Proficiency in Java development with J2EE server technologies including Web Services, Spring, ORM frameworks, XML, Enterprise Java Beans, and JMS.
Working knowledge of CI/CD and build tooling such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Maven.
Working knowledge of design patterns, UML, and object-oriented concepts.
Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Working knowledge of source control management tools like Bitbucket.
Working knowledge of UI technologies including HTML5 and JavaScript.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and ensuring responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
Working knowledge of Angular or React (preferred).
Working knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud technologies (preferred).
