What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software and new product capabilities.
Create innovative technology solutions to support the Client Onboarding and KYC business.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable builds and deployments.
Use object-oriented design and common design patterns to create scalable solutions.
Produce clear technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.
Contribute to code quality through code reviews, testing practices, and defect resolution.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve delivery speed.
Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge and automation capabilities to increase realized value.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Proficiency in Java development with J2EE server technologies including Web Services, Spring, ORM frameworks, XML, EJB, and JMS.
Working knowledge of CI/CD and build tooling such as Jenkins, TeamCity, and Maven.
Working knowledge of design patterns, UML, object-oriented concepts, relational databases, SQL, and source control tools like Bitbucket.
Working knowledge of UI technologies including HTML5 and JavaScript.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption.
Working knowledge of Angular or React (preferred).
Working knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud technologies (preferred).
