What you'll do

Lead the design and delivery of developer platform capabilities for AWS networking, EC2, and storage.
Build and maintain Terraform IaC modules, state management, and CI/CD integrations.
Develop platform automation services and provisioning workflows using Python.
Implement secure-by-default patterns including least-privilege IAM, network segmentation, and encryption.
Review code and debug complex issues to improve system reliability through automation.
Mentor engineers and partner with architecture and security teams to deliver reusable platform patterns.

What we're looking for

5+ years of software engineering experience including technical leadership, design ownership, and mentoring.
Deep hands-on expertise in AWS Networking, Compute, and Storage.
Expertise in Terraform for enterprise-scale module development and operations.
Expertise in Python for platform automation and services.
Experience with SDLC, CI/CD, security, resiliency, and operational stability in production environments.
Experience delivering shared platforms or foundational services in a large-scale enterprise environment (preferred).
Proven experience in Terraform module versioning, testing, validation, and long-term maintenance (preferred).
