What you'll do

Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain Enterprise AI Agents using full-stack ownership.
Write production-ready, testable code that adheres to architectural best practices for scalability and performance.
Perform failure analysis and propose design changes to improve system operations.
Conduct code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance.
Ensure all aspects of product development follow corporate security and compliance standards.
Build and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI applications using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
Develop solutions using RAG architecture patterns and vector databases with Azure AI Services.
Manage tasks by prioritizing work for incremental delivery and communicating potential blockers early.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Six to eight years of relevant experience.
8+ years of development and architectural experience (preferred).
Expert in Python programming with a good understanding of Java or C# (preferred).
Experience developing full-stack applications using React.js and TypeScript (preferred).
Experience building Rest API architectures including Auth Flows, Encryption, and Observability (preferred).
Experience building GenAI/Agentic AI applications using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or Azure AI Foundry (preferred).
Knowledge of SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (preferred).
