What you'll do

  • Translate business requirements and pain points from HR and Corporate Services into technical solution designs.
  • Engineer and implement scalable, production-ready AI automation code that integrates with enterprise systems.
  • Build working prototypes and MVPs quickly to validate solutions and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Deploy AI integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle including ongoing support, monitoring, and iterative improvements.
  • Mentor technical staff in design thinking and agentic development workflows.
  • Identify existing capabilities and shared platforms to maximize internal resources and productivity.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of experience, Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Expert-level Python proficiency to write production-quality code for automation, AI/ML implementations, and enterprise integrations.
  • Familiarity with modern AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent technologies.
  • Proficiency in designing and deploying AI integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.
  • Proven ability to deliver and maintain production-grade software in enterprise environments, including monitoring and iterative improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor technical staff, lead cross-functional teams, and work with international development teams.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated environments (preferred); understanding of SDLC, GxP, and validation (preferred).
