What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
3+ years of experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting production-grade software applications.
Experience developing full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, C#, .NET, SQL Server, AWS, or comparable technologies.
Familiarity with building or integrating AI-powered applications, including AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, chatbots, or copilots.
Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals including application architecture, testing, security, performance, and modern development practices.
Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams in an agile environment.
Experience building and deploying agentic AI solutions that reason, plan, and automate complex business workflows (preferred).
Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, tool-calling frameworks, or scalable data technologies like Kafka, Redis, and DynamoDB (preferred).
