As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer within the Commercial & Investment Banking Reconciliation team, you will improve and deliver top-tier technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. What you'll do

Implement highly available, scalable, and self-healing systems.
Deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems on AWS.
Enhance infrastructure automation using Terraform and IaaC.
Design and maintain tools to automate operational processes.
Automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation.
Create and implement observability and reliability designs for complex systems.
Evolve and debug critical components of applications and platforms.
Provide ongoing guidance, tools, and solutions to support firm growth.

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience with automation tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Proficiency with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.
Practical cloud native experience (preferred).
