Lead RF Design Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and test RF CCAs for military airborne applications.
• Lead schematic design, component selection, and PCB layout processes.
• Develop and refine system-level RF architectures to meet environmental and performance requirements.
• Create detailed technical documentation including requirements, design reports, and test procedures.
• Perform RF/Digital CCA design and manufacturing analysis.
• Conduct measurements using Vector Network Analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• Execute analytical designs using simulation tools like AWR Microwave Office, Keysight ADS, CST, or HFSS.
• Perform antenna range and pattern testing across far field, nearfield, and compact environments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Hold a current security Clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Strong Schematic and PCB layout experience using Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent software (preferred).
• Understanding of RF/Digital CCA design and manufacturing (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Vector Network Analyzer calibration and measurement (preferred).
