What you'll do

Manage project cost, schedule, and technical performance using Earned Value Management principles.
Develop and implement propulsion production processes, tooling designs, and material evaluation plans.
Create and monitor project plans consistent with overall program goals and command media.
Generate proposal documents including work breakdown structures, master schedules, and pricing inputs.
Lead failure investigations and perform data analysis to resolve technical problems.
Brief management and customers on all facets of assigned projects.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful execution.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of engineering experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) (preferred).
Engineering drawing and GD&T application experience (preferred).
Knowledge of technical drawings, production systems/methods, and lean manufacturing principles (preferred).
Experience with government propulsion customers, prime contractors, or the defense industry (preferred).
Proficiency with CAD software tools (CREO), PLM Systems (Windchill), and integrated product team leadership (preferred).
