What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software systems and enterprise applications for manufacturing operations.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through end-user process analysis.
Define application architecture specifications including security requirements and system compatibility parameters.
Write and review high-quality code while enforcing established coding and documentation standards.
Provide escalation support and lead root-cause analysis for complex application and architecture issues.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver diverse software solutions across the enterprise.
Develop training materials and identify continuous improvements for system architecture and support processes.
Implement API and file-based integrations across various enterprise systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
5+ years of experience with architectural frameworks covering enterprise, business, or IT architecture.
5+ years of experience writing principles, reference architectures, roadmaps, and design guidelines in Enterprise Architecture or SOA.
5+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
5+ years of experience supporting Windows services that leverage Perl Script backends.
Strong leadership skills including cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, and communication proficiency.
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 for export control compliance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain the required U.S. Security Clearance.
