What you'll do

Direct and lead Engineering Functional Task Leaders across multiple engineering disciplines for assigned programs.
Execute program activities while ensuring technical compliance across manufacturing and hangar operations.
Serve as the primary technical interface for customers throughout every phase of the program lifecycle.
Develop, document, and obtain approval for comprehensive program plans.
Identify and manage risks to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
Ensure strict adherence to life-cycle processes and engineering policies.
Coordinate overall program activities across various internal teams and external hardware vendors.

What we're looking for

Must possess U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (SCI) clearance.
Bachelor's degree and minimum 12 years of relevant program/project and engineering experience.
Graduate degree and minimum 10 years of related program/project and engineering experience.
Minimum 16 years of related program/project and engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience in program planning, guidance, and execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Demonstrated experience in Aircraft Integration, Test and Delivery.
Experience in Software/Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering (including Test), or Project Engineering.
Leadership roles such as Task Leader, IPT Leader, or Functional Manager (preferred); RC-135 Weapon System experience (preferred).
