Lead Product Manager, Multi-User Platform

What you'll do

• Own the requirements for the shared identity and entitlement model to ensure scalability across all brands.
• Make foundational platform decisions that serve as the architecture for multiple product teams.
• Build and maintain a roadmap based on technical feasibility, cross-team demand, and long-term extensibility.
• Write detailed PRDs that provide engineering teams with clear, actionable specifications for complex features.
• Drive cross-team alignment and resolve architectural decisions across engineering and product departments.
• Communicate platform strategy and technical tradeoffs clearly to both engineering teams and senior leadership.
• Write concise strategy memos and executive updates that drive action across the organization.

What we're looking for

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, including owning platform or infrastructure products like identity, entitlements, or access management.
• Strong technical fluency to read API contracts, understand data models, and reason about long-term platform consequences.
• Demonstrated track record of driving cross-functional alignment across teams without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Experience building a platform capability adopted by multiple product teams or business units (preferred).
• Background specifically in identity, access management, or entitlement/licensing systems (preferred).
• Experience operating in a multi-brand or multi-business-unit company navigating competing priorities (preferred).
