Platform Product Manager

What you'll do

• Define and prioritize a product roadmap and backlog for property management, leasing, research, and capital markets.
• Translate complex business needs from various stakeholders into technical requirements for data solutions.
• Analyze business workflows and processes to identify specific data needs for internal teams.
• Present a clear vision of how data products serve real estate professionals across the organization.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver incremental value to end users across the company.
• Manage the lifecycle of enterprise data products, including ingestion, resolution, standardization, and quality control.
• Coordinate with engineering and program management teams to execute technical roadmaps.

What we're looking for

• You must have 5+ years of experience in enterprise data products.
• Experience is required in data product management with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• You must have a strong understanding of engineering best practices for data management.
• Proficiency in using data modeling, SQL, and data analytics tools is required.
• Candidates must demonstrate clear and concise communication skills.
• Experience is required in building data products for engineers, analysts, product managers, and data scientists.
• Ability to collaborate across large and complex organizations is required.
