What you'll do

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-organizational technical programs aligned with business strategy.
Define program scope, milestones, roadmaps, resource plans, and success metrics while managing multi-team dependencies.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and critical issues as the primary executive escalation point.
Establish program governance including status reporting, executive communications, KPI tracking, and forecasting.
Drive operational excellence by implementing standardized program management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop automated dashboards, reports, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making for program success.
Ensure technical solutions meet security, accessibility, compliance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
Mentor and provide strategic guidance to program managers and cross-functional teams to foster high-performance execution.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience.
Proficiency in software project management and the development lifecycle is required.
Experience in cloud engineering and software delivery is required.
Ability to perform report writing, data analysis, and technical presentations is required.
Skills in budgeting and feature prioritization are necessary for the role.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
