What you'll do

Define project scopes, plan schedules, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery of cloud services.
Lead technical design discussions and summarize complex trade-offs in documentation and presentations.
Drive the entire project lifecycle from initiation through final delivery for OCI products.
Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Represent engineering perspectives to partner organizations, product teams, and executive leadership.
Establish and maintain multi-functional roadmaps while managing stakeholder expectations across different geographies.
Mentor and provide technical direction to team members in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, technology management, business management, or a similar field.
10+ years of experience as a hands-on technical program manager.
Advanced knowledge of the full product development life cycle and experience launching customer-facing cloud services.
Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
Experience communicating complex technical trade-offs to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of public cloud infrastructure services including Compute, Storage, Identity, and Networking.
Familiarity with OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services.
Ability to lead technical design discussions and represent engineering perspectives to partner organizations.
