What you'll do

Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for data center operations and hardware support software.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, user stories, success metrics, and phased delivery plans.
Define capabilities for task execution, inventory workflows, operational analytics, and automated work assignments.
Lead discovery sessions with technicians and managers to identify workflow friction and automation opportunities.
Use data and feedback to prioritize roadmap investments based on business impact and technical feasibility.
Create product artifacts including requirement documents, launch plans, and executive status communications.
Manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept through pilot testing and final rollout.
Represent the product area to senior leadership regarding investment needs, risks, and execution status.

What we're looking for

Must have 15 years of experience in product/service/project/program management or a Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
Must have 6 years of experience in the relevant product domain, such as procurement, accounting, or healthcare.
Must have 2 years of experience applying agile methodologies and practices like the Scrum framework.
Must have 5 years of experience in customer interaction.
Product management or product domain related certifications are preferred (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or APICS).
