What you'll do

Design, build, and operate highly distributed, large-scale cloud services for the Identity and Access Management team.
Architect complex systems and provide technical guidance on software architecture decisions and best practices.
Write high-quality code and develop foundational components for new projects or prototypes.
Establish shared observability frameworks, security controls, and platform interoperability guardrails.
Lead peer code reviews and mentor engineers across teams to improve development quality and standards.
Resolve complex, systematic issues regarding API functionality, integration, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate customer needs into prioritized features and technical solutions.
Drive initiatives for automated testing, system maintenance, and the mitigation of critical vulnerabilities.

What we're looking for

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of software development experience.
Strong programming skills in Java, Go, C#, or other object-oriented languages.
Proven experience delivering high-scale, distributed services in a production environment.
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and system design.
Experience operating mission-critical, Tier-1 live services.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence architectural direction and engineering best practices.
