Lead Physical Security Hardware Specialist

What you'll do

• Lead the global Security Systems and Technology Organization by providing strategic direction and hardware integration.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a global team of security hardware specialists.
• Develop and communicate the long-term security technology roadmap and change management plans.
• Integrate access control, video management, and intrusion detection systems with IT and network infrastructure.
• Serve as the Principal Administrator and License Manager for enterprise platforms like Genetec, Lenel, and Avigilon.
• Set enterprise standards for equipment selection, configuration, installation, and maintenance best practices.
• Oversee vendor management for large-scale facility security infrastructure and special projects.
• Manage the department budget, resource allocation, headcount, and performance metrics.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalency certification.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level physical security systems such as CCTV, access control, VMS, and intrusion detection systems.
• 1+ years of direct leadership responsibility across global sites.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, security management, information systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in physical security technology or systems engineering in high-reliability environments (preferred).
• Expertise and certifications in Genetec Security Center, Lenel Access Control, and/or Avigilon systems (preferred).
