What you'll do

Administer, configure, and maintain Software House CCure 9000 access control systems and cardholder databases.
Manage physical hardware including controllers, readers, door hardware, and related input/output devices.
Integrate CCure 9000 with video management systems, intrusion detection, and visitor management platforms.
Investigate access control incidents and perform system audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoot IP-based security devices, network connectivity, and server infrastructure in coordination with IT teams.
Manage software updates, firmware patches, and disaster recovery processes for security systems.
Coordinate installation activities, commissioning, and acceptance testing for construction and renovation projects.
Develop and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation for physical security systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Security Systems, Engineering, Criminal Justice, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience supporting enterprise physical security systems.
Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Software House CCure 9000.
Strong understanding of access control systems, security hardware, and IP networking fundamentals.
Experience supporting enterprise-level security environments and critical infrastructure.
Proficiency in Windows Server Administration, SQL Database Fundamentals, and TCP/IP Networking.
Preferred certifications include CCure 9000, PSP, CPP, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or PMP.
Ability to lift and handle physical security equipment up to 40 lbs.
