What you'll do

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Software House CCure 9000 access control systems and cardholder databases.
  • Configure and maintain controllers, readers, door hardware, and associated access control components.
  • Integrate CCure 9000 with video management systems, intrusion detection, and visitor management platforms.
  • Investigate access control incidents and perform routine system audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Troubleshoot IP-based security devices, server infrastructure, and network connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate software upgrades, patch management, and firmware updates for security systems.
  • Manage installation activities and system commissioning for construction and security enhancement projects.
  • Maintain system backups, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity plans.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Security Systems, Engineering, Criminal Justice, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise physical security systems.
  • Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Software House CCure 9000.
  • Strong understanding of access control systems, security hardware, IP networking fundamentals, and physical security operations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level security environments.
  • Experience with Software House iSTAR controllers, C•CURE Client, Victor Video Management System, Genetec Security Center, or LenelS2 OnGuard (preferred).
  • Experience supporting highly regulated or critical infrastructure environments (preferred).
  • Software House CCure 9000 Certification, PSP, CPP, SIA, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or PMP (preferred).
