What you'll do

Serve as the technical lead for all systems engineering activities supporting the Cascade program.
Direct and oversee systems engineering work, including design, integration, troubleshooting, and sustainment.
Lead networking system designs for next-generation communication products and systems.
Perform root cause analysis and develop practical solutions for complex technical issues.
Communicate complex technical concepts to engineers, program management, operations personnel, and customers.
Oversee product development and system integration to ensure designs meet system-level requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical briefings for leadership and external customers.
Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned from current programs to future designs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
7 years of experience in networking development within the engineering life cycle.
Active Secret clearance.
Experience with Servers, Multiplexers, Routers, Switches, and COMSEC devices (preferred).
Demonstrated troubleshooting experience at the LRU and CCA level (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
