What you'll do

  • Lead the design and development of production test equipment for complex electronic aerospace products.
  • Develop automated test software using National Instruments TestStand, C/C++/C#, and LabWindows/CVI.
  • Influence overall test strategy, including DFT input and board-level test strategies in manufacturing.
  • Mentor other test engineers in tools, architecture, and design practices within project teams.
  • Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to project and functional leadership proactively.
  • Plan and manage work and assigned resources to meet schedule, cost, quality, and compliance objectives.

What we're looking for

  • BS degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing automated test systems for complex electronic products.
  • Proficiency in software development using C, C++, and C#.
  • Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems across hardware and software.
  • Experience with National Instruments TestStand and LabWindows/CVI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional team collaboration.
