What you'll do

  • Lead a team of integration and test engineers by providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop and maintain the test strategy for embedded products within the Unified Testing Framework.
  • Architect test solutions to validate system requirements and establish best practices for automation and reporting.
  • Design comprehensive test plans and create detailed documentation including procedures and reports.
  • Develop automated test scripts using Python 3.9+ following established coding standards.
  • Coordinate integration activities between hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure smooth component interaction.
  • Lead Test Readiness Reviews and internal testing assessments with key program stakeholders.
  • Align test execution with program schedule requirements and budget parameters for on-time delivery.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics with 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented scripting.
  • Experience with hardware/software integration testing and test equipment like signal analyzers and generators.
  • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices (preferred).
  • Familiarity with embedded systems development, requirements management, or the defense industry (preferred).
