What you'll do

  • Establish core manufacturing processes from early design phases.
  • Design and scale factory layouts tailored for hypersonic vehicles.
  • Pioneer advanced manufacturing methods for exotic materials and systems.
  • Own tooling and capital equipment needs, leading procurement and qualification.
  • Bridge technical gaps between design engineering and production floor operations.

What we're looking for

  • B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field.
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or related field with hands-on hardware manufacturing expertise.
  • Proven ability to influence design engineering for aggressive DFM and DFA principles.
  • Experience guiding and mentoring peer engineers and leading project execution without formal authority.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) to support global operations.
