As a Lead Learning Consultant - Electronic Health Records (EHR) Experience, you will join the Oracle Health Consulting team to support federal customers during a major electronic health record modernization effort. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs, including instructor-led sessions, digital learning modules, and train-the-trainer programs tailored to diverse client needs. Your daily work involves facilitating product knowledge, managing change management strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop resources and analyze performance data. To succeed, you must possess expertise in adult learning principles, coaching, and electronic health record training delivery. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office products, LMS tools, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly while providing high-quality support during critical deployment and go-live phases for healthcare clients.
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions to deliver product knowledge and best practices to clients.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, including "train-the-trainer" sessions for diverse audiences.
Serve as the primary point of contact during client engagements to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Assess learner needs and adapt instructional methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training resources for emerging requirements.
Analyze performance data and feedback to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.

What we're looking for
Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Learning and Development, Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field experience.
6+ years of experience in training or learning development.
Success in developing training programs, conducting needs analysis, and performing performance assessments.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and related applications.
Ability to travel to customer sites up to 100% of the time.
Experience in electronic health record training and delivery (preferred); ability to teach using adult learning principles and data-driven approaches (preferred).
