Lead Internal Events & Production Strategist

What you'll do

• Design and lead internal event strategies including company-wide assemblies, AMA sessions, and virtual gatherings.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from initial concept and budgeting to production and post-event analysis.
• Create inclusive, scalable event experiences for a globally distributed workforce across multiple time zones.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align programming with company goals.
• Manage external vendors, production agencies, platform partners, and internal event budgets.
• Produce high-quality team member stories in collaboration with agency partners.
• Define and track success metrics using data and feedback to improve future events.
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools and new technologies to enhance event delivery and storytelling.

What we're looking for

• Experience planning and producing large-scale internal events for audiences of more than 500 people.
• Experience in corporate events, team member experience, internal communications, or a related function.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple high-visibility events with attention to detail.
• Clear communication and confidence when partnering with and presenting to senior leaders.
• Experience managing event budgets and working with external production vendors and agencies.
• Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms like Zoom Events.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity, ideation, or event personalization.
• Ability to use GitLab or willingness to learn and adopt GitLab tools for daily work.
