Principal Program Manager, Go-To-Market

What you'll do

• Architect and execute high-stakes minor and major product launches using AI-driven operating models.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives spanning Product Management, Design, Growth Marketing, and Field Enablement.
• Convert manual project management tasks into automated, team-wide AI workflows to increase operational efficiency.
• Create clarity in ambiguous situations by framing problems, presenting options, and identifying trade-offs for leadership.
• Coordinate go-to-market functions to ensure seamless handoffs between technical writing, developer advocacy, and marketing teams.
• Establish scalable launch frameworks and program practices to ensure consistent quality across multiple annual releases.
• Track and report success based on business impact metrics like pipeline growth and customer adoption.

What we're looking for

• Experience in go-to-market program management within the high-tech industry.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building and scaling programs within large, distributed organizations.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and automations used in production environments.
• Track record of converting manual work into automated AI workflows.
• Strong understanding of how product releases impact go-to-market teams.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, including with senior leaders.
• Fluency with project tools featuring AI automation and the ability to use GitLab.
