Lead, Integration & Test Engineering

What you'll do

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and cases based on system requirements.
• Lead a small team of Integration and Test engineers to support program goals.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance meets operational standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while analyzing root causes.
• Communicate with government customers to validate requirements and clarify engineering processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including System Models based in SysML.
• Drive the creation and maintenance of the program's Test Automation suite.
• Participate in design reviews to provide input on requirements, product design, and test methodology.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Must have a Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of prior related experience.
• Must have minimum 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active Security+ CE certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with MBSE/MBT/SysML, Eggplant, Jira/Confluence, Scaled Agile Framework, DevSecOps, Java, C++, and Linux (preferred).
• Familiarity with "Test Like you Fly" (preferred).
