Lead Infrastructure Security Engineer, Identity Governance

What you'll do

• Develop software and automated solutions to manage the lifecycle of identities and user access.
• Implement the product vision and strategy for identity governance and administration platforms.
• Build scalable enterprise applications using Java (Spring framework) and Python.
• Develop and deploy cloud-based applications on AWS or Azure.
• Use Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or AWS ECS.
• Perform data analysis to identify security gaps and determine attack surfaces.
• Implement remediation strategies and solve complex business problems.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities within a results-driven team environment.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience developing software applications with a primary focus on Java (Spring framework).
• Strong background in Java development including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and building scalable enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and application development.
• Experience building cloud-based applications on AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration such as AWS ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with SDLC tools such as Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency in data analysis to identify gaps, determine attack surfaces, and implement remediation.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously while communicating complex technical concepts to various audiences.
