Senior Lead Cyber Security IAM Engineer, Identity and Governance

Senior/Lead - Cyber Security - IAM Engineer - Identity and Governance joins the Trust - Cybersecurity IAM team to shape enterprise identity architecture and security posture. This role involves designing and implementing scalable, cloud-based IGA platform capabilities for both human and non-human identities. The engineer will partner with leadership to develop identity engineering strategies, manage privileged access, and implement federation programs. Key responsibilities include evaluating services to close governance gaps and using behavioral data to enforce Segregation of Duties and Least Privilege principles. Required expertise includes SailPoint or Saviynt platforms, Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS IAM, Okta, and RHIM. Technical skills include Python scripting, automation, and protocols like SAML, SCIM, and FIDO2. Experience with CyberArk, Hashi Corp, Delinea, and Clutch is highly desired to manage identity processes tied to HRIS systems.
