JOB TITLE: Lead infrastructure Engineer - Network Access Control Engineer As a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the Corporate Sector – Enterprise Network team, you will apply deep technical expertise to analyze complex systems and drive infrastructure engineering initiatives. Your daily responsibilities include architecting and implementing changes to modernize technology processes, identifying capacity risks, and leading the adoption of AI-assisted practices for automation and delivery. You will manage enterprise-scale NAC engineering, including architecture design, discovery, classification, and policy creation for unauthorized devices. Key technical requirements include proficiency in Python and Ansible, along with experience using ForeScout and CounterACT integrations. You must manage telemetry feeds from wireless controllers and switches to enrich admission decisions. This role solves critical network security problems by ensuring infrastructure compliance, data fluency, and auditable resiliency across the enterprise network.

What you'll do

Analyze complex data and systems to anticipate issues and advise on mitigation actions.
Use enterprise-authorized AI to accelerate infrastructure signal analysis and document mitigation options.
Architect and implement changes to modernize organizational and technology processes.
Identify potential capacity risks and govern remediation statuses with application and infrastructure teams.
Execute infrastructure engineering projects in accordance with compliance, risk, and security standards.
Lead the adoption of AI-assisted practices across delivery and automation routines to reduce recurring issues.
Manage enterprise-scale NAC engineering, including architecture, policy creation, and phased enforcement.
Deploy and maintain plugins and telemetry feeds to enrich admission decisions and executive reporting.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Formal training or certification in software engineering or infrastructure engineering.
5+ years of applied experience in software or infrastructure engineering.
Enterprise-scale NAC engineering and rollout leadership experience, specifically with ForeScout/CounterACT and networking stack integrations.
Proficiency in specific network infrastructure technologies and programming languages such as Python and Ansible.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations to ensure outcomes align with resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.
Strong communication skills to convey ideas and challenges with clarity and precision (preferred).
