What you'll do

Lead the delivery of strategic initiatives, platform enhancements, and modernization efforts while actively contributing to the codebase.
Own solution architecture, technical design, and hands-on technical leadership throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Execute opportunities to modernize AWS-hosted platforms using microservices, API-first design, and cloud-native engineering practices.
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across requirements analysis, development, testing, and code review.
Build proof-of-concepts and reference implementations to accelerate the adoption of new technologies and engineering practices.
Perform code reviews and establish engineering standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues while providing hands-on guidance and resolution.
Support production systems through incident management, root cause analysis, monitoring, and performance optimization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, RESTful APIs, Angular, and distributed systems.
Proven experience in architecture and system design including API-first, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, GitHub and/or GitLab, Terraform, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
Experience with security remediation, compliance initiatives, and highly regulated environments.
Experience in financial services, capital markets, fixed income, or the municipal domain.
Indefinite right to work within the USA.
