Manager, Engineering Access Requests Team

What you'll do

• Manage a team of engineers responsible for designing and building Identity Governance product features.
• Establish clear priorities, expectations, and accountability for individual and team members.
• Collaborate with product management to define and refine the product roadmap.
• Drive the execution and delivery of high-quality product features in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular technical guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members.
• Manage support tickets, bug fixes, and enhancement work for large enterprise applications.
• Recruit, hire, and retain highly qualified engineers while promoting diversity and inclusion.

What we're looking for

• You must have at least 8 years of experience in developing enterprise cloud software.
• You must have at least 3 years of hands-on technical management experience.
• You must have experience working with product and program managers to align on objectives, priorities, trade-offs, and risk.
• You must have experience handling support tickets, bug fixes, and enhancement work in a large enterprise application.
• You must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills for technical discussions.
• You must be able to work effectively with distributed teams and people of various backgrounds.
• You must be able to lead, recruit, mentor, and retain engineers.
