Lead Full Stack Engineer As a member of the Informatica Cloud team, you will join an agile environment to build an AI-powered integration-Platform-as-a-Service providing data integration, quality, and governance services. You will own architecture and delivery across the full stack, ranging from accessible, design-system-driven UI components to scalable microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. You will work with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and RxJS on the frontend, while utilizing Java, Spring Framework, REST, JSON, GraphQL, Kubernetes, Docker, and MySQL for backend services. The role focuses on solving complex data management challenges by building robust pipelines and high-performance systems within a cloud-based infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

What you'll do

Architect and build full-stack features including accessible UI components, design systems, microservices, and API layers.
Lead frontend architecture and drive the adoption of design systems across multiple product teams.
Integrate AI-assisted SDLC tools to automate code generation, review processes, testing, and documentation.
Orchestrate AI agents and build trusted automated pipelines to accelerate software development workflows.
Manage end-to-end feature delivery with accurate estimation and high-quality release standards.
Mentor engineers on technical architecture, accessibility standards, and the effective use of AI tooling.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality production standards.
Create technical documentation and communicate project status through sprint demos to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

BE/MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of software engineering experience spanning enterprise backend and modern frontend.
Proven experience with data-intensive, multi-threaded, service-oriented cloud products using Java, Spring, REST, and database schema design.
Experience with cloud infrastructure including AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Deep expertise in design systems, component libraries, and UI platforms using React, TypeScript, and advanced CSS architecture.
Proficiency in web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA) and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted SDLC tools like Claude or Claude Code to automate development, testing, and documentation.
Strong skills in Agile methodologies, mentoring engineers, and technical communication.
