Lead End User Computing Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while providing technical guidance and performance management.
• Design, develop, and maintain the global MECM platform supporting over 150,000 assets.
• Oversee strategic initiatives including OS upgrades and the creation of secondary dev/test environments.
• Triage and resolve escalated MECM incidents and perform complex infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Maintain global MECM infrastructure health through monitoring, SQL maintenance, and client health support.
• Engineer Windows platform configurations to ensure seamless operation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage application compliance activities including attestation, artifact management, and disaster recovery execution.
• Plan and execute change records for deployments, infrastructure updates, and new feature implementations.

What we're looking for

• Must have 12–15+ years of hands-on SCCM/MECM experience including infrastructure upgrades, configuration management, and endpoint protection.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments with strong communication skills to mentor engineers.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale environments with 10,000+ assets.
• Deep expertise in Windows client platform configurations and engineering solutions across multiple toolsets.
• Proficiency in SQL and PowerShell programming to create customized queries and Power BI reports.
• Proficiency in using ServiceNow for Incident, Change, and Problem Management (preferred).
• Experience in banking or another regulated environment (preferred).
