What you'll do

Manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical electrical infrastructure including UPS systems, generators, and switchgear.
Monitor and maintain medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution networks to ensure 24/7 uptime.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to electricians and facility technicians while coordinating maintenance schedules.
Enforce safety standards including NFPA 70E, NEC, and OSHA regulations through audits and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Lead electrical switching operations and respond to incidents with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and engineering teams during infrastructure upgrades and project activities.
Interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation for system improvements.
Drive initiatives for energy efficiency, reliability, and operational excellence in mission-critical environments.

What we're looking for

Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent trade certification.
7+ years of experience maintaining commercial, industrial, or critical facility electrical systems.
Experience with UPS systems, emergency generators, switchgear, ATS equipment, and power monitoring systems.
Knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA regulations, and electrical safe work practices.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and technical manuals.
Experience leading maintenance teams in a critical operations environment.
Experience in Data Centers, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Facilities, or other mission-critical environments (preferred).
Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP) or related certifications (preferred).
