What you'll do

Lead and support electrical design teams in the development of new products.

Perform and report Earned Value Metrics to the programs.
Conduct component, subsystem, and system level design trades and analyses.
Design analog and digital electronic circuits with high-level expertise.
Create engineering development plans, documents, and task flows for program execution.
Lead and participate in formal design reviews.
Obtain and maintain a required security clearance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required to be granted a security clearance.
Expertise in electrical/electronic analog and digital circuit design.
Experience developing electrical engineering hardware within the defense, aerospace, or medical product fields (preferred).
Experience with DOORs, SPICE, MathCAD, Matlab, Simulink, Allegro and MentorGraphics tools (preferred).
