Lead Director, Network and Data Center Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of network infrastructure supporting enterprise applications and AI/ML workloads.
• Design and implement high-performance data center fabrics and GPU-optimized networking for low-latency requirements.
• Establish and enforce network architecture standards, security controls, and compliance policies across all environments.
• Manage 24/7 network operations to ensure high availability, resiliency, and scalability across cloud and data centers.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of network and data center engineers.
• Drive the adoption of automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and performance optimization practices.
• Develop long-term roadmaps for AI infrastructure, multi-cloud architectures, and enterprise digital transformation.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in network and/or data center engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a strategic leadership position with people management.
• 5+ years of experience in large scale enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience).
• CCIE/CCNP, PCNSE, CISSP, or Cloud networking certifications (preferred).
• Expertise in large-scale data center design, security, and high availability (preferred).
• Experience with AI factory / GPU cluster environments at scale (preferred).
• Proficiency in network automation, IaC, SDN, service mesh, and cloud-native security frameworks (preferred).
