What you'll do

  • Lead large-scale cloud migrations and enterprise infrastructure transformations including M&A integrations and carve-outs.
  • Manage GCP infrastructure components such as VPC, Cloud Interconnect, GKE, and associated networking services.
  • Design and lead migration wave programs across multi-site physical environments like distribution centers and warehouses.
  • Oversee network engineering projects involving SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP, and Zero Trust access patterns.
  • Manage security infrastructure including firewall design, policy migration, IAM, and compliance frameworks like HIPAA and SOC 2.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for cloud resource provisioning and Git-based change management.
  • Oversee network observability through monitoring platforms, VPC Flow Logs, and ITIL-aligned incident management.
  • Lead and mentor diverse technical teams through complex organizational changes and large-scale global transformations.

What we're looking for

  • Requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills.
  • Expert knowledge of network design principles including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP, VPN, cloud networking, QoS, and Zero Trust access patterns.
  • Proficiency in GCP infrastructure (VPC, Cloud Interconnect, GKE) or equivalent AWS/Azure with demonstrated transition capability.
  • Experience with security technologies including firewall design (Palo Alto, Cisco), IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, and NIST.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Git-based change management, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Cloud Monitoring, VPC Flow Logs, and platforms like SolarWinds or Grafana.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale global transformation programs and managing a portfolio of multiple projects.
  • Experience with data in the drug supply chain and commercial domain within healthcare or pharma (preferred).
