Lead and mentor diverse technical teams through complex organizational changes and large-scale global transformations.
What we're looking for
Requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills.
Expert knowledge of network design principles including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP, VPN, cloud networking, QoS, and Zero Trust access patterns.
Proficiency in GCP infrastructure (VPC, Cloud Interconnect, GKE) or equivalent AWS/Azure with demonstrated transition capability.
Experience with security technologies including firewall design (Palo Alto, Cisco), IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, and NIST.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Git-based change management, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Experience with observability tools such as Cloud Monitoring, VPC Flow Logs, and platforms like SolarWinds or Grafana.
Proven track record of leading large-scale global transformation programs and managing a portfolio of multiple projects.
Experience with data in the drug supply chain and commercial domain within healthcare or pharma (preferred).
